When
appropriate, I offer my clients exercises and stretches
that they may use to help themselves improve their fitness
and conditioning.
I
generally offer personal training sessions as part
of, or in lieu of, massage therapy sessions. Integrating
the two approaches offers a more comprehensive
program
for improving your health and well being.

stretching techniques so that you can help yourself between
and after sessions.

also coach individuals for endurance
events. I have completed over 30 marathons or longer running
events.
