CLINIC HOURS |

I
hold clinic sessions mostly during normal business
hours. Note that most
employers treat massage therapy for discomforts and
other issues as legitimate sick leave, similar to a
doctor or dentist appointment.
Weeknights
and weekend appointments must usually be scheduled 2 or
more weeks
in advance. I generally spend
these times teaching or with my family. Expect a surcharge
for evening and weekend appointments.
My
standard hours in the clinic frequently change, so
please don't hesitate to call for the latest available
times.

ARRIVAL: Do
NOT plan on arriving early for your first appointment.
Please arrive at the scheduled time.

INTAKE
FORMS: Save time by printing and completing

Forms before arriving for your session.

TECHNIQUES: I will always choose an approach based on your personal
goals, objectives, and preferences. Examples: relief from
discomfort, mental clarity, improved flexibility, relaxation
and stress relief, improved performance.
|
CLOTHING: I will always respect your modesty and privacy. I work
on clients either dressed, or undressed and appropriately
covered with
sheets and towels. Consider bring some loose fitting clothing,
such as gym shorts and a t-shirt, if you have interest
in assessment or stretching techniques.
|
PRESSURE: I will always honor your preferences and comfort level.
I massage either with or without the use of oils, lotions,
and creams.
I strive to find a touch and pressure that feels right
to you.
